Oliver Staffelbach holds a Master’s Degree and a Ph.D. in Law from the University of Zurich (lic. iur. and Dr. iur.) and New York University School of Law (LL.M.). He is registered with the Zurich Bar Registery and admitted to practice in Switzerland since 2002. See the CV for more detailed information.

After more than 10 years’ experience as an attorney-at-law, primarily in large law firms in Switzerland, among others Wenger & Vieli Ltd., he founded his own law firm in November 2015. Oliver Staffelbach is specialized in technology and contract law. He advises large and medium-sized companies and particularly technology startups.
